I-beam 80H2 is a beam with wide shelves produced at a hot-rolling mill in accordance with DSTU 26020-83. The raw material used is slabs made of carbon structural and low-alloy steel grades St3 and St09G2S. The product dimensions (LxWxH) in mm are 792x300x14, with a standard cut of 12.05 m. The weight of one running meter is 191.1 kg, and the length of one ton is 5.2 m. Due to its strength and relative low cost of production, the 80Sh2 I-beam is widely used for the construction of load-bearing structures in high-rise buildings for various purposes, in the manufacture of bridge structures and tunnels, and as a basis for industrial components and assemblies. Due to its wider shelves, the beam can be used without additional fasteners.
