Final meeting of the Presidium of the All-Ukrainian Union of Manufacturers of Building Materials

On December 15, a meeting of the Presidium of the All-Ukrainian Union of Building Materials Producers was held in Kyiv, in which many large companies took part. Among them – DP "Premier Expo" and GK «Kovalska» represented by President Alexander Pilipenko. YUTMK could not pass by such an event. The main purpose of the event was to sum up the results of the outgoing year, as well as to determine the direction of the industry development in 2018.

In his opening speech, Ivan Saliy, President of the Union, noted the gradual steady growth of the construction industry. Despite the presence of obvious problems, such as low solvency of the population, tax invoices and corruption, many enterprises are successfully developing. This will be facilitated by the large-scale work of the Union, aimed at popularizing the products of domestic manufacturers. In particular, there is a great benefit from the business tours held in 2017 in the cities of Ukraine.

New members of the Union were also introduced. They were the companies LLC "Atem Group", DP "Caparol Ukraine", LLC "Staleks Profi", LLC NPP "Severodonetsk fiberglass", LLC "GEOFIP". In addition, at the meeting of the Presidium, the company "Royal House" was awarded a certificate of compliance with international standards, and "Kharkov Tiled Plant" were awarded a certificate of accreditation of the production testing laboratory.

Next year is expected to be no less intense. In particular, the exhibitions Inter Build Expo (20 – 03/23/2018) and World Build Kyiv (15 & ndash; 05/18/2018) will be held, and within the framework of the latter, the All-Ukrainian Union of Building Materials Producers will hold another large-scale Congress.
