Steel circle 210 St 45 is a cylindrical bar. It is produced in accordance with DSTU 7809-2015; DSTU 4738:2007 (GOST 2590-2006). The diameter is 210 mm, the standard length is 5.3 m. A running meter weighs about 271.9 kg, and one ton contains 3.7 m of rolled steel. It is produced by deforming preheated billets on special machines from high-grade carbon structural steel of St45 grade.
