It is produced by forming preheated slabs from St38KhMa, a high-quality structural steel alloyed with chromium and molybdenum, on rolling mills. It is used as a billet for parts that operate at high temperatures for a long time: cam couplings, gears, and critical fasteners for pipeline valves. It is also used in construction to strengthen foundations, vertical and horizontal structures.
