Steel round 270 St45 is a smooth bar with no space inside and a cross-sectional diameter of 270 mm. It is produced on special mills by repeatedly passing heated ingots and slabs of high-quality structural carbon steel St45 through rollers. It is manufactured in accordance with DSTU 7809-2015; DSTU 4738:2007 (GOST 2590-2006). The standard length is 4.7 meters. The weight of a running meter is approximately 449.5 kg, and the length of one ton is 2.2 m. Round timber is well processed and can be milled. It is used as a semi-finished product for cold-rolled and tubular steel, valves for pipelines, parts of mechanisms of varying complexity, in the manufacture of various engineering structures, and for the creation of various metal structures.
