A 50x4 strip is a type of rolled metal in the form of a solid metal profile 50 mm wide and 4 mm thick. A running meter weighs 1.6 kg. There are 625 meters of rolled products in a ton. The length of the product is 6.05 m. It is made of structural steel of ordinary quality, grade 3ps, in accordance with GOST 103-76 and EN 10058. The billets are processed at the rolling mill using hot rolling. Rolled steel is in demand for the manufacture of machine tools, ultrasonicators, laboratory test benches, production and transportation equipment, and for the production of bent structures, pipes and cutting objects. Steel strips are widely used in the construction of both industrial and civilian facilities.
