Rail R-18 is a type of structural steel that is used for narrow-gauge railroad rails and has increased wear resistance and strength. It is rolled in accordance with GOST 6368-82. One ton contains 55.6 m of rolled steel. It is produced by hot-rolling steel ingots on section mills from carbon steel grades PT70, H50 or T60.
