Welded pipe 630x8 is a straight-seam or spiral-seam steel pipe with a diameter of 630 mm. The wall thickness of the product is 8 mm. This type of rolled products is produced in accordance with EN 10217-1 cert. 3.1 NWW, EN 10217-1 cert. 3.1 UWW by electric welding from high-quality structural carbon steel grades P235TR1, S235JRH, S355J2H. The standard cutting of a 630x8 pipe is made in segments, from 10 to 12 m long. The weight of one meter of the product is 122.72 kg. One ton is 8.15 m long rolled. Welded pipes are universal, therefore they can be used in the construction of technical and main water, gas, oil pipelines where there is no high pressure and operating temperatures. They can also be used as supports or beams for various non-critical structures, as a material for scaffolding, insulation for laying communications, technical sewer tunnels.
